All articles accepted after February 1, 2014 will have free color online and in print. Often you will have a few environments for testing. Quality assurance team make sure that the new code will not have any impact on the existing functionality and they test major functionalities of the system once after deploying the new code in their respective environment i.
The journal recognizes the need for more evidence-based research to inform the discussion, particularly from the point of view of developing countries, which may suffer the most but are least equipped to cope. In the context of , particularly with multiple developers, finer distinctions are drawn: a developer has a working copy of source code on their machine, and changes are submitted to the repository, being committed either to the trunk or a branch, depending on development methodology. The main tiers are progressed through in order, with new releases being deployed rolled out or pushed to each in turn.

Environment, Development and Sustainability is an international, multidisciplinary journal covering all aspects of the environmental impacts of socio-economic development. Concerned with the complex interactions between development and environment, its purpose is to seek ways Environment and Development means for achieving sustainability in all human activities aimed at such development. Coverage includes interactions among society, development and environment, and their implications for sustainable development; technical, economic, ethical and philosophical aspects of sustainable development; local, regional and global sustainability and their practical implementation; development and application of indicators of Debelopment development, verification, implementation and monitoring of policies for sustainable development; sustainable use of land, water, energy and biological resources in development; impacts of agriculture and forestry activities on soil and aquatic ecosystems and biodiversity, and much more.
